Wow! TGK frenz n fanz, after lots of fun times in Eastern Europe TGK returning to Australia- appearing on Midsumma Festival Snuff Salooon Cabaret Friday 6 & Saturday 7 Feb 2026! Footscray Drill Hall, 395 Barkly Street, Footscray, Victoria, 3011, originally home to Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung and Bunurong peoples of the Kulin Nation for more than 40,000 years. Last shows in Oz were Vivid Sydney opening Fire Kitchen, Lolo the Gypsy Caravan Stage May 2025 on traditional lands of Gadigal People of the Eora Nation and Woodford Folk Festival QLD traditional Jinibara land including Pride Morris Dancers joining in, Gypsy Soul Romany Romp where Lucian led people in Pingvin and other dances, and the big one NYE when TGK rocked the Pineapple Lounge. TGK play the latest horas from Nicu (vocals, keys) and Lucian (violin) have taught members of Australian lady group Vardos in their regular trips to Sometimes replaced by Mihai Nagy, who has a kinda cowboy look:

Other Australian appearances include National Folk Festival in nation's capital of Canberra, Mullum Music Festival, the Festival Of Live Art in Melbourne, Junction Arts Festival Launceston, Midsumma Festival and Alice Desert Festival and Leaps and Bounds Festival, Bar Open Fitzroy and ACMI, Federation Square, Melbourne Naarm, for the fabulous Czech and Slovak Film Festival. TGK played in Melbourne, Australia on Bar Open 20th anniversary with Faith i Branko (UK)! Spring 2022 on Steampacket Soundz Stage White Night Geelong, home of Wadawurrung people. Another highlight- TGK featured in exciting totally 3D exhibition and art Virtual Drag at the Louvre as one of six works for their Virtual Reality showcase, Rencontres Internationales Paris, Musée du Louvre, 2019.
